Phase 1/2

This study is testing the safety of a medicine called CFT7455 in people with certain types of blood cancer, specifically Non-Hodgkin's Lymphoma (NHL) and Multiple Myeloma (MM). The study will explore how the medicine works, its effects, and how it interacts with the body. Participants will take CFT7455 by mouth and might take it alone or with another medicine, dexamethasone, for MM patients.

To join, participants must be willing to sign a consent form and be at least 18 years old. They should have tried other treatments without success and have certain medical conditions as outlined by the study. Key points to consider:

  • Study Length: Participants will need to commit to the study's duration and follow-up.
  • Visits Required: Regular visits to the study site for check-ups and tests.
  • Risks and Side Effects: Possible side effects include reactions to the medicine and regular blood tests are required.

It’s important for participants to have good organ function and not have other serious health issues. Women must not be pregnant or breastfeeding, and both men and women must use birth control during the study. 🧪💊
