This clinical trial is comparing two methods to treat deep cavities in teeth, called deep marginal acquisition using a thermacut bur and functional crown lengthening. Deep cavities that are below the gum line make it hard for dentists to fix teeth properly. The traditional way to fix this is functional crown lengthening, which involves surgery to expose the cavity, but it can cause problems like root exposure and post-surgery pain. The other method, deep marginal acquisition with a thermacut bur, aims to avoid surgery by using a special tool to reach the deep cavity. This study is checking if this method works well and is safe for patients.
- The study is for adults aged 18 and over with specific dental issues.
- It avoids surgical methods, aiming for a less invasive procedure.
- Participants should have good oral hygiene and understanding of the process.
